Lapidary Tutoring Session

In this one-on-one tutoring session students will progress at their own pace getting an overview of the tools and methods in cutting and polishing stone:

• Gain experience in the safe practice of using a lapidary saw, flat lap, cabochon grinding station and stone carving stations
• Learn to cut and dop raw stone for carving
• Learn proper cabochon-cutting techniques and how to drill holes in stone
• Gain hand's-on practice cutting and polishing your own stone pieces 

Practice rock will be provided for introductory students.
